Your connection speed is 100% determined by your phone's data connection. All FoxFi does is passthrough network packets
from your computer to your phone's data connection. There is nothing in FoxFi that will slower it down or make it faster.
It is very normal for cell phone's data speed to fluctuate greatly at different times and area. It can not be predicted.
You will need to hide tether usage from T-Mobile using USB mode. On the computer side click on the PdaNet tray icon
and select Settings->Hide Tether Usage->Level I. Also turn on flight mode and turn it off to reset the data session if you are already blocked.
Although Play Store has only a 15 minutes refund window, we do offer a 30 days full refund policy.
Our system will not process any refunds after 30 days, even if FoxFi or PdaNet stops working due to *any* reason, such as phone updates or carrier blockage.
Both Paypal and Google disallow refunds after certain period.
To request a refund, please submit the purchasing email address and transaction number from your order receipt email in "details" below. Again please
make sure your order was purchased within 30 days otherwise your refund request will be ignored.
You have two options to unlock the full version: install the Full Version Key app from Play Store
or enter a PdaNet serial code. You can purchase the serial code using Paypal or Credit Card. Tap here to purchase.
Unfortunately this is something we don't have controll over. The Play Store handles
all the payment process and downloads. Usually payment error comes from not having the correct Credit Card information in the Google Wallet account. So
make sure your record is up-to-date including the expiration date.
You do not need to purchase again. If you have purchased the key app, as long as you setup the new phone
with the same Google Account, Play Store will remember what you have purchased and you can reinstall. If you have purchased a PdaNet serial code
just enter it again.
Android phones run a completely different system. As a result PdaNet+ had to be rewritten
and not covered by the upgrade track. However currently we are running promotion and the Android version has a significantly lowered price.
